To justify this issue further, elaboration of this system are needed by the department will be done deliberately. The methodology that are used in this paper is System Development Life Cycle which is being explain with the basic of planning, requirement gathering, analysis,designing and developing the system. As a final outcome, this system should be beneficial to be part of CSD system.
