Most people stress on safety only at the very beginning stage of safety program. Accidents at sites have always been highlighted because safety management is not implemented systematically. The study methodologies begin with the selection of topic, then related literatures review are searched. Datas are gathered by observations, informal interviews, journals and thesis. Based on observations during site visit, the author can observe the safety assessment and management practiced at site are still low.
