Summary: Inherent safety practices have been classified as a proactive method which aims to apply countermeasures before incident happens. It is also well known as design approach to reduce or eliminate the hazards associated with materials and operations used in the process instead of controlling them with add-on protective layers. Even in the era of globalization, this practise is not implemented readily and also not adopted by the practitioners. The objective of this project is to develop a visualize toxicity model that can be applicable during the conceptual design of an equipment or chemical process plant by calculating the concentration at safe distance from the release source.
